Doc's Antelope Chili

Doc's Chili Powder gives this recipe exceptional flavor!

1 pound ground antelope, venison, elk, whatever you have on hand
1 tsp Doc's Open Season Salt Blend
1 TBS Doc Kendrick Garlic Game Rub
2 TBS Doc Kendrick Chili Powder
3 - 15 oz cans kidney beans
1 - 28 oz can tomatoes, diced or crushed
1 - 2 tsp Doc's Jalapeno Granules, to taste

Brown ground antelope in a 4 1/2 or 5 quart pot with 1 tsp of Doc's Open Season Salt Blend over medium heat.
Drain grease, if there is any. Add kidney beans and tomatoes, along with Doc's Garlic Game Rub and Chili Powder. Stir to combine.
Simmer on low heat 15 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Doc's Jalapeno Granules, to taste.

Makes 4 main-course servings.
