Open Season Fried Potatoes
Doc Kendrick's Open Season Salt Blend adds a lot of flavor to fried potatoes.
1 pound potatoes, washed and cut into 1/4" slices
2 TBS butter
1 TBS Doc's Open Season Salt Blend
2 TBS diced bell pepper (optional)
2 TBS chopped onion (optional)
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add potato slices, cover and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned and tender.
Add Doc's Open Season Salt and peppers and onions, if using. Stir to combine, cooking an additional 3-5 minutes until peppers and onions are slightly tender.
Keep warm until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings.
